I was angry at Robin first, but then I realized she had a good reason for doing what she did. Still… That scene killed me.
Yeah, good reason. Test her guys, play safe, bring her boyfriend instead of speaking directly with Barney later, because apparently that’s the best way to say “We won’t go back”. I don’t really blame her for playing safe, that’s actually what girls do and are told to do, but because even though she loves Barney and not Kevin, she decided to stay with him because he knows how to speak and because he praised her. Really, it was because of that! That was unsincere in many ways (actually, poor girl)
Buuut, the writers are the gods of How I met your mother’s universe. Maybe it was better for them to be apart for now… maybe.
