It’s an educational kids cartoon and was pretty much my favourite show ever as child.
It’s literally a journey /through/ the body, so there are cute little blood cells with faces, carrying balls of oxygen and stuff.
The first few seconds are making me laugh way too much, because apparently having sex involves morphing to a ball with your partner and flying into space. The more you know.
